“I am updating my original review to reflect serious concerns. After my initial review about insurance delays, front desk issues, and out-of-pocket costs, I was unfairly discharged from the facility. I had been seeing Megan McCormick for over three years, and she had only been at this facility for a few months. Shame on her for not standing up to the owner on my behalf. As a result, I struggled to find a new psychiatrist. When I reached out to a mental health walk-in clinic due to suicidal thoughts, I still did not receive the proper care I needed, especially for managing my medications. The facility withheld my medical records, further delaying my access to care. I have filed a HIPAA complaint, and I strongly urge anyone seeking mental health support to avoid this facility, especially seeing Megan McCormick. because patient safety and continuity of care are not being respected. My trust in their care has been completely broken, and I hope no one else faces the same harm.”
