“I felt there was little regard for my mental health and more emphasis placed on financial considerations. My sessions were always paid ahead of my next scheduled appointment, however, “Jess” cancelled my next appointment without prior discussion. When I tried to address this directly with my therapist, my account was deactivated. These actions occurred within a very short time frame, rather than over an extended period. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place for mental health services. I hope they take steps to better prioritize patients’ mental health in the future.”

“My son has been coming here for over a year, but to council children and wiave a trans inclutionary flag is very concerning. We are looking for a new location that cares more about their clients then their ideology.”

“While Connect Counseling manages to hire some fantastic counselors, said counselors don't seem to stick around, which I feel is telling of poor company policies. One of the most frustrating changes that happened while I was going there, was when the company decided it would be a good idea to have their counselors change offices from week to week. This was discombobulating and the opposite of the stability that many are seeking when they go to see their counselor.”
