What patients say on Google

“They stopped treating me and refused to continue because my support system failed me while I was having a medical emergency. Their policies have caused and will continue to cause suicides, and every one of them should feel guilt over the fact their little booklet is more important than keeping people alive, and that none of them have done anything to try and change the policy that makes people kill themselves. They will leave you worse than when you started. Avoid them at all costs or you might be their next victim driven to hopelessness. The Hippocratic oath is more like a suggestion there. To anyone reading this from Concern: You personally are responsible for a double digit number of avoidable deaths. You may tell yourself you were doing your best, or that the policies aren't your fault, or some variation therein. The truth is that by offering "support" then suddenly taking it away when your "patient" needs it the most, you're making things worse. You had the chance to protest, to beg, to do anything, but you didn't. You allowed the policy to go uncontested, and by that, you have killed people. It's a trolley problem where you pull the lever and save everyone, but pulling the lever took too much effort so you simply didn't. Blood is on your hands through your inaction and negligence, no matter how you lie to yourself.”

“They discharged me for showing symptoms of mental health issues and having a medical emergency. Apparently, surgery isn't a good enough reason for "justified absence" if you're too hurt to be able to call them 24 hours in advance. I would only send a depressed person here if my goal was to make that person pull the trigger.”
Evan Crombach
“My personal experience I was screwed around with for a year straight along with my case worker because they didn't want to keep their answer straight on what they were doing to help me, now I find that the rumors from others especially those who went to trauma therapy from a different services are true and Concern has become as bad as Northern Tier when it comes to telling patients exactly how many 'missed' appointments they have and having poor understanding that unforseen occurrences happen in life and not everyone can give a 24+ hour notice. AARC is far more kind and helpful and understanding and I will certainly suggest them to family and friends.”
Mihkayla Seelye
“Don't get services from here unless you're willing to ignore whatever emergencies come up in your life if they happen to coincide with an appointment. They don't care! If you don't call a FULL 24HRS+ ahead of time it's a black mark against you and after 3 you get discharged. They don't care about actually helping people!”
