What patients say on Google

“I am extremely grateful for Dr. Hill. I've been seeing him for at least three years and have no plans to go or see anyone else. I've even paid out of pocket to continue services with him while I've had insurance issues over the last 9 months. He's been very accommodating to me over the years with my needs. Dr. Hill is very laid back, but he'll tell you how it is respectfully. This is a long-term doctor/patient type of situation. He is not the type for "quick fixes," so dont expect one or two visits, then be "cured." It doesn't work like that. This is also not the place to waste their time or yours. So, with that being said; take this seriously.”

“I was referred to CPS by another clinic that did not have any available appointments for new patients. As a new patient here, I was able to get an appointment within two weeks...and on a Saturday! The front desk staff were helpful, professional, and very courteous - in person and on the telephone. The office is pretty no frills, which makes me feel like they don't try to rip off patients so they can have nice art on the walls. I felt comfortable opening up to Dr. Hill right away. He was thorough and genuinely wanted to help. I didn't feel like I was just another appointment. I would recommend this practice to my own friends and family.”

“I can NOT recommend this place. It was pleasant at first and went downhill very quickly. It was extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone at the front desk. My child needed testing for a learning disability. Even with a consultation with the provider, he did not take in to consideration the specifics about my child. Wilson’s diagnosis was unfounded as he did not do due diligence for my child. He never contacted her teacher, never reached out to me to get more contact information to the teacher and lied and said he’d never heard from the teacher when the teacher said no one contacted her. She has been a huge advocate for my child and was anticipating his call. How can you diagnose a child for a learning disability when you don’t speak to the person who has her 7 hours a day, 5 days a week in an academic setting? You can’t. Sure you can run some initial tests, but without teacher feedback, you don’t know the exact issue/struggle/academic environment. He never did get in touch with the teacher, diagnosing my child based on surveys I took on a computer and, what felt like, 15 minutes alone with my child. Thankfully, we are getting further testing done ourselves, but this was a complete waist of time/insurance charges/copays/referral process/etc. It was a huge disservice to my child, as she is now even more delayed due to waiting for another appointment for assessment that she should have received the first time.”

“Unfortunately, I do agree you have to wait a while at times. Although, it is worth the wait. 1. Dr. Hill takes all the necessary time that is needed with my daughters. 2. How many places can you get late appointments so you don't have to miss work? Give and Take.... I have not had to take time off of work for an appointment for my daughters since we switched Psychiatrists over 6 months ago.”
