Now yes I’ve had to wait for an hour or two at one point in time. But, they definitely apologized and was understanding if I needed to reschedule. Also, at times they don’t answer their phones or call back. But, if you think about it that’s practically everywhere. Definitely recommend Doctor Sims to anyone for sure!! “I've been seeing the psychiatrist Dr. Simms for nearly 4 years now. She is very professional and detail oriented. She keep track of your medical health in a excellent manner. She is very approachable and willing to take extra time to care for you, but it comes at a cost. Usually, even if you show up on time or early for that matter, you will have to wait for an hour. Considering the excellent care I get for my condition I do not mind it, but others might get upset about this. I also see the therapist Rhonda Wilson for help and she is very easy going and takes time to listen and cater to your needs. She is rarely late to getting to your appointment, so if you show up on time you are seen almost right away. The receptionist is very good at getting back to you and she is very friendly. She can be busy and hard to reach later in the day, so just leave a voice mail and she will return your call if it's very important.”
