“I typically do not leave reviews but these people need to get their billing system under control. I love my therapist and they are the only reason I am not leaving this practice. But I was not being charged co-pays for a while, I called twice to alert them of this and was assured I was fine and I had "credits" on my account. I believed them because they also charged me for a partial co-pay a few weeks later. Then I get a call saying I owed money for all the co-pays and no one could tell me why I was told I had credits on my account. I said I wanted an itemized bill and also that I wanted to negotiate a way to pay back that worked with my budget since this was their mistake I tried twice to rectify. No one ever sent me the itemized bill and then they started randomly charging me over a hundred dollars a week on my card without my consent. I have removed my card from their system so they can't do it a 3rd week in a row. Still, no one has called me to negotiate a payback plan that works for me due to their own mistakes. Their billing people need to communicate better. I recommend NOT allowing them to keep a card on file because they will exploit it.”

“This place has horrible customer service, they never return calls and you have to call multiple times to get to someone, but the main reason for their ZERO stars is because they are THIEFS. They charged my credit card for a visit and they charged my insurance as well, when I called them to complain they said "OOPS we made a mistake" and said that they would mail a check to us and it would take 2 weeks. Why can't they just credit the credit card since that was the method used to pay. 2 weeks later we called to inquire about the refund and after many calls and finally getting someone on the phone, they now said that it wouyld take 45 days to get the refund. They wouldn't allow a patient to pay the 45 days later right? Talking to them is like toalking to a brick wall. UPDATE 5/7/2021 I tried to contact them as mentioned on the Owner's response but there is no phone number on the website so I called the Billig number to get the exact same response of "it will take 45 business days to get your refund", I asked ofr a phone number at the corporate office and was told there is no number just go to the website. I guess saying that they want to solve the problem is really just for show rather than meaning it.”

“I love going there, it's very quiet, and for a person with tinnitus quiet is my number one to go place, the place is clean and very welcoming. My psychologist is Dr. Kemley Jean, he is the best, I'm started to see changes in me I've never seen before, the receptionist is nice, everyone is nice there. I have not had any problems so far, I can contact my psychologist with his extension number anytime, therefore, I don't need to worry about contacting front desk. So yes I'll recommend this place and most importantly Dr. Kemley Jean to anyone with psychologist needs.”

“Have been trying to make appointment with my therapist. Kept calling and leaving messages. Never returned my call. They deserve a zero star rating.”
