How likely are you to recommend Comprehensive Behavioral Health?
What patients say on Google
“This place is very unprofessional. The secretary does not know what she is doing. Had all the information incorrect. They claimed to call 30min before our appointment to cancel and had no missed calls. The nurse practitioner took one look at my daughter’s family history who is 12 and wanted to heavily medicate her when we wanted something for her adhd. She’s been in counseling for years. She was offensive towards our therapist stating she can’t prescribe as if she doesn’t know our daughter and this woman did after 45mins and reading a questionnaire. Show up for a follow-up and though we made the appointment with the nurse practitioner before we left. There was no appointment. Oh we have called and left messages and never get calls back.”
“This place is the most unprofessional establishment that I have ever been in!!!! They keep saying my daughter don’t have the meds in her system due to them rescheduling and not calling meds in. Then they schedule an appointment and no one is even in the building. It’s crazy! Then the receptionist is alwayssss on the phone talking freely about people. It’s sad and disgusting that people are coming in for help and these people are a damn joke! They need shut down!”
“I have been with comprehensive for a short time and my experience is wonderful. Supervisors are friendly and go above and beyond to help you understand. Things have gone so well I have had friends sign up for services because the employees are so compassionate. I have been thanked for helping them sign up because they love it. Every appointment is met and all expectations met. The company has huge compassion knowing employees have lives outside of work. I had an emergency situation and I was told go my job would not be in danger and it wasn’t I even got messages asking how things were and told if I needed more time take it.”
“Honestly I don’t know what the issue is with this place. Had an appt. Yesterday at 10am. 4pm rolls around and my medication still hadn’t been sent to the pharmacy. I call the receptionist answers and lies by telling me it’ll be sent by the end of the day. (They close at 5pm). It is now the next day Saturday and my medication still hasn’t been sent and they don’t open again until Monday. When it comes to adhd anxiety and bipolar one missed dose can result in me losing it. This isn’t the first time this has happened. And I know it won’t be the last. I recommend anywhere but here or its other two locations. And don’t bother calling the extra help line because it’s even less help.”
