“My name is Jacqueline Paulino at CLSV located at Old Hickory Tree in St. Cloud. I am super grateful being part of this practice as a patient of Dr. Dyana Reveron. I had a previous PCP for over 20 years and had to change because of new insurance HMO and my previous PCP is not an in-network provider, but meeting Dr. Reveron for the first time on January 2026 reassured me that I was in great hands. She was attentive, spent a good amount of time with me and set up a follow up plan that suits me perfect because I have many complicated health issues including my brain, heart, autoimmune disorder among other things. Dr. Reveron has excellent bed side manner. ♦️The medical assistant Maria Rodriguez also took her time as I was a new patient and made sited she wrote all my diagnosis and medications and took her time doing this making sure she did not leave anything important undocumented; I did not felt rushed and she was friendly too. ♦️APRN Ruth Jiménez was saw me for a follow up/sick visit was also very nice. ♦️Isaiah Hernandez the manager is super professional, calm, and very efficient. I have encountered throughout my life different medical personnel and some have been good and others terrible, but I have never encountered someone so professional and super efficient like Isaiah. He returns calls (although he is super busy), handles authorization in a fast an effectively matter and also demonstrates his professionalism by many different ways, including how confident he seems; that, in other ways, makes patient feels (including myself) that we are in the best place. ♦️Mirian (Front desk assistant) is super friendly too, she answers the phone always with a pleasant tone of voice and makes sure she relates our messages and follows up too on our requests also in a fast and professional manner. In other words, I am supper excited and happy to be a patient of Complete Local Specialty Care at OldHickory Tree in St. Cloud, Florida. 🫶🏻🙂”

“This primary care office has been such a great experience for me. Dr. Ruth and her staff — Miriam, Isaia, and Maria — are truly caring, professional, and attentive. They take their time, listen carefully, and make you feel comfortable and valued every visit. One thing I really appreciate is that they run labs on-site. It makes everything so convenient and saves so much time. I’m very thankful to have found such a wonderful medical team.”

“I really like the staff at this office, they've all been wonderful! Miriam at the front desk is sweet and friendly, made me feel welcome, and has a calming presence, which is great if you get nervous at the doctor's office. I started off by letting Marlyn (the Medical Assistant) know I was coming in with my insurance ending and how stressed I've been. She made sure I felt comfortable and not judged about the health things I was anxious about. Lastly, Dr. Reveron really came through! Knowing my situation she really put a lot of thought into a plan for me to make sure I got whatever care was needed before my insurance ran out. She's very nice, approachable, and light hearted. Made for a great experience! Very happy I found this place as someone new to the area! I'll be going back for appts and have referred my partner as well.”
