“Greetings to this institution, and thank you for serving us citizens when we need it the most. Especially the nurse practitioners Wendy and Lilly, who are phenomenal,there are no words that can describe how wonderful they are. Yesterday I was not feeling very well. I had high blood pressure and a high pulse, so I called and asked if they could see me. They told me that they could see me until 8 p.m., so I went there hoping that I would be examined by the doctors. When I arrived and explained my situation, a lady came out,she was a nurse whose name I don’t know, but I remember her face,and she told me that they could only measure my blood pressure but could not examine me because it was already 8 p.m. I want to apologize to the institution and the hospital for coming at the last moment. I know that maybe it was not professional from my side, and I accept that. However, I called before going and they told me that it was okay to come. After I arrived, the lady came out and told me that I could not be examined. I cannot accept that because I asked before going,I did not just show up without asking. But it is what it is. This is the first and the last time my foot will step into this institution again. Employees should have more patience because they work with people and patients,some are sick, some are in difficult situations. At the same time, we as clients should also have understanding for them. But it is very disappointing when you ask beforehand and still get refused afterward. That is not acceptable. Greetings, and let this at least serve as a message for other patients so they do not experience the same thing. This kind of behavior from the nurse is shameful.”

“My mom needed a steriod shot, and her Dr. told her to come here to get the shot. He was affiliated with them, and her record was there. We showed up at 12:15pm, and they told her to go wait in her car till they were ready for her. We gave them our number, and they texted us shortly after we got into the car at 1pm. The text said they would text us when they were ready for us. At 1:46 p.m., they texted, "We are ready for you!" We replied "ok". Mom went in, and at 3:15 p.m., I called her and asked if she was almost done yet. I was getting worried. She said she was in the waiting room, still. They had a healthy 70 year old come in with the sick and wait, after they said they were ready for her. She finally came out at 3:45pm. Total time spent at this place for a single steroid shot, 3 1/2 hours! I would not recommend this place.”

“After feeling soo miserable and reaching out to some of my team of doctors only to get the runaround and no answers, I went to this Urgent Care. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted so pleasantly by the staff at the front. I filled out my paperwork, didn’t have to wait long and was then seen by Diane, as well as by DNP Delp. It was truly a breath of fresh air and hope for the American healthcare system as I felt they heard me out, truly listened and took action. Such a relief - truly! They even have a self-pay option that made your bill more affordable if you pay right then - score! Lastly, they thought outside the box or area pharmacies that were open still and since the main one was closed, I purchased the medication from them. I can’t get over how handy, easy & helpful tonight’s walk-in appointment went. Thank you!”

“Wait sometimes can be a while but sometimes very quick, depends on patient influx, they do their best to have you seen in a timely manner though and will let you have the option of reserving a spot and getting a text to head back to the clinic so you’re not just waiting in the lobby all day. Shelby is so sweet and helpful every time I’ve been and so memorable and personable ❤️🫶”
