What patients say on Google
“This is the most trashies place to try to get help or treatment from.Do not go to these people. They charge you $56 for coupa. For one, and they will not do nothing for you. They trash these people took my money 2 times and then tried to do it the third time when they didn't even do anything that I asked them to do. This is the most useless place on planet Earth to go to get help, because they act like they know everything like they know your body and everything when in all. Reality. They don't know crap about anything.Trying to tell me what's good for me whenever I got ritalin as a toddler and these people gonna deny me my medication that I took as a kid inside a tell me what works for me when and I'll really , they know nothing , and just because I said , ritalin is what I need that's whenever they start saying.Oh no, you can't have that just because I mentioned it.I took ritalin in kindergarten , it needs people gonna sit there and tell me as a girl man that I can't get ritalin and then wanna still charge me?Got the nerve to call my phone and say, Hey, we tried to process the payment, your all about money.Nothing else i bet you money, the people that wrote these good reviews about this place. They must have got paid to write these reviews. Well, I'm here to give the truth about this place, they're useless. I want my money back from the other 2 visits that I tried to give y'all a chance and what y'all do, just rob me. Blind money, hungry, gonna take money from me and not even treat me and then got the nerve to call me and ask why the payment wasn't processed, because y'all did nothing for me.”
“Beautiful atmosphere and setting. The office manager was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. I believe she was working alone and was able to manage the office with ease. I will be back!”
“This place obtained my medical records from my provider when I was a minor without my or my parents consent. I only found out today when a glitch caused them to email my mother, and I immediately called to try and figure who these people are and why they have a patient account with my name and my mom's email. They took several hours of my day, interrupted me twice while out and about running errands, and failed to at all come across like they take such an egregious privacy violation seriously. The office manager, Gabe I believe, came off completely unconcerned his practice had obtained my records with zero prior consent. He explained the email glitch once more, despite me getting out ahead of it and explaining I was aware, this is about the fact I was even in the database in the first place. He then took 6 full minutes to complete the process, despite me emphasizing how much I did not have time for this and needed to go now. It took reiterating that they can destroy this data, or I can go to HIPPA, to get that far, btw. He tried to extend the conversation past finishing this, and I hung up because I had already missed one train when his office called me to inform me they got the voicemail I left and gave no other news. It felt quite a bit like the useless phone call and insistance I stay on the line far past necessity where retaliatory for insisting they fix this error promptly. I absolutely would not trust this practice considering it seems they have security issues, do not ethically obtain patient info, and these two problems appear fully liable to intersect. Besides, the 11 5 star reviews look... purchased considering they're from a day ago, which tracks from how bad the whole email problem sounds.”
“I fully trust the integrity of this practice, led by Dr. Mohammed. He genuinely cares about both his staff and patients, and that commitment is evident in the quality of care provided.”
