“If I could give this place no star I would!! I decided to use this program with my work EAP Program. My program approved 6 free sessions of therapy. This location kept calling me to add a credit card to my account which was not necessary since I had EAP. I did one session with Dr. Dolia Peguero which was fantastic. I was excited for more sessions. The only way to make appointments is by using their so-called app. No one answers the phone when you call so the app is the backup method. I was able to finally get a few sessions scheduled with the therapist after several messages via the app. Once set up, the day of my second appointment I was left a voicemail message on my phone that I needed a credit card on file if not my second appointment would be canceled. Since I have EAP I don't need a card on file. They proceeded to cancel my second appointment the day of my session and after me trying to contact them several times to rectify the issue. I tried calling and sending messages via the app with no responses or assistance. After trying four times to contact someone via the phone or the app I decided to give up and leave my final message on the app saying I wanted all my sessions canceled. When I check the account on the app it states I owe $150 when all these sessions, especially the one only one I had should have been free from the beginning. Good luck getting any help with any staff member. Unfortunately, Dr. Peguero is associated with this program because she was truly a great therapist and seemed to have been able to help me in therapy. I'm extremely disappointed and exhausted by how they make people run around to seek help they truly need. Super sad to see!!!!”

“1 star – and that’s only because zero isn’t an option. We were referred here by Memorial Healthcare. That referral will not be happening again. First visit: the check-in tablet didn’t work. Staff told us to keep trying — over and over — instead of finding a workaround. No restroom in the office, and the one in the hallway is locked with no signage explaining you need a key. After waiting over an hour, we finally saw the PA, who couldn’t get my son’s name right. His name is Jake. He called him Anthony four times — even after being corrected three times. Basic stuff. The PA then scheduled a follow-up for June 18th at 11am at the Pembroke Pines office. My wife showed up and the door was locked. We each spent close to an hour on hold trying to reach someone. When someone finally answered, we were told for the first time that Pembroke Pines is only open on Tuesdays. Nobody mentioned that when the appointment was made. Tuesdays don’t work for our family. We were told to just go to Oakland Park instead. That was the end of it — we told them we were done and would find another provider. Now we’re getting non-stop appointment reminders and texts threatening cancellation fees for appointments we never booked. We did not make these appointments. We will not be paying these fees. At this point it’s harassment. Avoid this place. Every single interaction was a failure from start to finish.”

“I was a patient there for 10 years sometime ago. And it was a mess back then, but after trying to get into several other offices without any luck, I broke down and made an appointment here. The appointment was made for the next day. They had no wait time which should have been my first clue. At my first appointment, the doctor let me talk and after diagnosing. What she thought was my condition. She did put me back on a medication, I had been on previously, with another medication I hadn't tried yet, she said my prescription would be called in that day. When I only got partial of the prescription, I called the office and they said the rest would be called in at 530 that was never called in. So I called twice and left 2 messages and never received a call back. The second part of the medication was the one I really needed, and now I remember why I stopped going there in the first place. The waiting room was empty. And like I said, I have no problems getting an appointment. And now I realize that they're just as bad as they were before, it takes an hour to get in touch with someone on the phone and then you're only gonna get someone only who answers phones, not anyone in the office tell you that someone will call you back and no one ever will they'll tell you you're getting your prescription called in, and it never will. And this happened to me years ago for years, and now it's happening again, don't go there, even if it's your last resort, I'd probably Yes you will regret it.”

“What a Joke! Andrew Sadek sent me for a UA and EKG. Show up to the office gave the UA and the receptionist advised the EKG professional no longer works there and would be a month before they would be able to perform the EKG. Went back the next day and the receptionist called the Dr and advised me the medication would be called in. Waited 2 days still no meds. Called back and was advised the meds were being called in now. Waited 2 more days no meds. Called back a 3rd time to find they need to send me somewhere else for the EKG. They tried to schedule another tele health to bleed some money out of me. What a joke, they are supposed to be mental health Dr. I am worse off then before seeing them. Stay away if you can!! Every call on hold for 45min to an hour. They should be shut down.”
