“I enjoy our dental assistants (only reason this got more than one star, the assistant lady we’ve had is awesome) when we do get to go, but twice now when I schedule appointments, work is taken off, they send me 3 confirmation texts and call to confirm, then cancel the day of via text anyway. Also, it’s very frustrating when they send you a link to fill out pre check in, then yet again have you do it when you’re in office.”

“Been trying to get ahold of billing for 6 months. I leave messages and never receive a callback. They are trying to charge me for a visit that never happened, on a day when i wasnt even in the state. This company has very poor customer service skills and very poor management. Highly recommend avoiding them if you can.”

“The Dr is great Rachel Soles 10 outta 10 in the provider category. The support staff is rude and think they know you're health better than you do. Rachel Soles cares about you and you're health. The support staff is there for a paycheck in my opinion. I can't stand people who think I'm stupid or won't listen to me interrupt me and try and tell me the obvious things. When it comes to my health I know what's going on I'm not stupid. They act like I am . Support staff does. I have something I'm dealing with on my own kinda major I had a plan tried to talk to support staff instead of the Dr. They were rude and incompetent. So I'd rather do nothing on my own and deal with the consequences than dealing with the support staff and the Drama . So I went with having a plan to deciding to do nothing and deal with whatever happens instead. Then I have no one to blame but myself. Once again Doctor 💊🏥 nurse practitioner fantastic support sucks.”
