How likely are you to recommend Compass Behavioral Center of Alexandria?
What patients say on Google
“Had my loved one in there based on someone else admitted them in. They were very miserable and almost died in there. No one should be treated this way. Someone will do something and everyone of the staff there will be humbled and unemployed once everything is all said and done.”
“Witnessed disgruntled employees cuss at patients. Each shift ran things differently. Staff messed up my medication. I never got some of my belongings back either. They got “lost”. I wouldn’t recommend this place. There is no therapy or group sessions. I swear that all you will do is sit in front of a TV and take medication. The state needs to get on their tail. There are some employees that were good though like Ms. Brenda and Ms. Jennifer (night shift). Paulette is a good tech too.”
“Very rude staff, the new Administrator trying to cover a dual role as the Nurse Asst.Allow intake person to breach confidentiality and patient privacy. Asked me personal questions while having door opened, then had the audacity to get an attitude when I refused to respond. Told me she had another intake to do andI can come back at another time. I’ll call transportation to come back and get me and I come back and talk to the administrator about coming back to do another intake. She informed me that the intake patient was the same one that was there before and maybe I need to look into going somewhere”
“Sadly I was a patient here and didn’t need to be. They do nothing but try to make you feel bad and make things more stressful on you. I don’t think this is a place for people who need help or need to heal. Some of the employees are rude to the elderly residents there. Also I had personal belongings taken from me. I will say the company finally compensated me for them but still.”
