What patients say on Google
“While all the people at my local office seem pretty awesome, the call center needs some serious training on how to actually HELP others. Been without my medication now since yesterday, not feeling good at all in the head because of it, and all the lady wants to do is come up with all the reasons, including blaming me, why there has not been any return calls yet regarding helping me get a little medication to hold me over until my prescription arrives, instead of actually helping.”
“I would not recommend CSG for services, especially if you're looking for flexibility or a timely appointment. While everyone who I worked with treated me kindly, my issue is with the way this place operates, The wait time for my intake was around 2 weeks. That didn't strike me as an issue. However, to see the psychiatrist I felt was correct for my needs that was an additional 3 weeks. I was more than happy to wait even though I really could have used support sooner as I stated in my intake. I took PTO to prepare for my appointment. And the night before my appointment, I received a voicemail right after the CSG's work hours ended saying that my appointment was canceled due to weather. There was no additional information on what my next steps were. There was only rain in the forecast. I waited to hear back but didn't and called back to get the regional number to then be transferred back to my branch voicemail again. I left a voicemail and didn't hear back within the day. I called the regional number back 2 days after to find that they can't do anything to expedite this process and that it was my responsibility to reach back out. I had no information prior, so if I didn't call back no one would have reached out to me. Given the nature of this business, it rubs me the wrong way and seems like there isn't any actual care.”
“Waste of time! We recently moved to the area and have been waiting for our appointment. Our special needs son needed this appointment or he will run out of meds. My wife was working, so I took my son this time. Never having been there we showed up and I was looking to see if I was in the right place. Then I saw a sign about checking in on the iPad. It asked for a special ID number, so I checked the paperwork to see if I had one, which I did not. So I decided to sign in without that information. The submit button was pushed 1 minute after the appointment time. It said we did not have an appointment. Had they walked out on time and said his name, we would be good. But reading the sign, signing in, put us 1 minute late. So we go up and wait in line for the reception desk. The person in front of us was there for 10 minutes. I was trying to not lose my patience, but we were one minute late, now we had to wait for 10 more minutes. By the time we got to the desk we were now 13 minutes late. The person at the desk said that we were late and the appointment was cancelled. I said we were standing in line and they said we will just have to make another appointment. I said we are here now, it is still within the reserved appointment time, can't we still have it since we waited so long to get this appointment? NOPE. "You will have to make another appointment". I know. I should have been 15 minutes early. I had never been there, I had to take off work to go and traffic caught us. But we walked in the building on time. But nope... not going to work with us. Now my son will run out of meds and we will have to wait another month and a half for another appointment. Going to try to find a place that cares more about customers and is reasonable.”
“I regret ever coming here. Dr. Matthew Biever was absolutely horrible. Hes extremely lazy and often didnt see me or refused to make a reasonable effort to provide care. My experience with him left me worse. He is a disgrace of a Dr.”
