How likely are you to recommend Community Service Board of Middle Georgia?
What patients say on Google
“Dr. Sherman made several comments that I found ableist and offensive. When I calmly voiced my concerns about those remarks, he responded negatively and removed me from the appointment instead of addressing the issue professionally. Very disgusting place and people. I do not recommend this place at all!”
“Reschedules have always been bad but I was forced to wait 2 hours in a waiting room after initially being seen on my first appointment. One day last year I missed an appointment and called several times but nobody ever answered. Finally got someone to answer and I'm told I have to be revaluated. I hope I won't have to wait long for that.”
“Dr. Shuman is good. The entire building is very clean and spacious. Comforting art all over. Front desk clerks are unfriendly. The crisis coordinator helped me find a facility for my child, and she didn't care that it took all day. She went above and beyond, and I can't thank her enough. 👏🏾👏🏾 The IC3 coordinator is amazing as well. When he says that he is going to be there for you anyway, he can; he means it; no matter what time or day. If I didn't have these two amazing people step in when they did; we wouldn't have gotten the help we needed. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾”
“Saw the therapist once. Second visit after waiting 40 minutes and not being called back I left. My next appointment was rescheduled to November. I just got a call that the November appointment is being rescheduled for December or January because he doesn’t work in November and probably won’t work in December. This therapist is half retired and only works one week a month. They have no other therapist I can see with my insurance.”
