“Despite the fact several of their counselors have been absolutely amazing to me. There is one employee named Brandi Overturf who has three 20 x 30 pictures of my children who promised to hold them until I got a place of my own and swore then she would return them. I now have a place of my own. Mentioned it to Brandi who first tried to deny having them until a third party who was present at the time Brandi claimed to have returned them also said such pictures was never returned. Then her story changed, then it was they must be stored in her attic and then promised if said pictures could not be found she would financially replace said pictures. Proof of this entire conversation is available if you care to read it. But how can a place that employee's an employee that conducts herself in such manners be trusted. But then said company said they would speak to Brandi personally, n said pictures or the amount of replacement neither one have been seen. And this was all discovered well over a month ago now.”

“I can't say anything bad about this place. I came here to apply for medicaid because I needed to have gallbladder surgery and they were very nice to me. Was about two weeks and I received it in my mail and was able to have my surgery not long after. I came back again recently to apply for a link card because I'm currently laid off work waiting to get called back. They were very helpful to me on how to fill out the paperwork. I received an call for a interview later that day and two weeks later I received my snap card. Very good place to go for assistance I'm very thankful for this place and the nice people that work here.”
