“Scheduled an appointment for a diagnosis for autism which they said was a service provided after driving an hour to their location and then waiting another hour i was then informed that was in fact not a service they provide. Giant waste of time would not recommend mental health services from an outfit that does NOT listen to their patients.”

“Had an appointment for my family member that doesn't drive and is a shut in so getting that person out of the house is hard enough I had gotten stuck in traffic and was 7 mins late they had no one in the waiting room and said they couldn't see them and we would have to reschedule and today I made sure we were 15 mins early and now we have been waiting almost 30 mins while the ladies in the office to the waiting room are laughing and cutting up. Just disgraceful.”
