He gives you real responses and recommendations and not just basic doctor answers. Meeting with him one time significantly reduced my stress and anxiety.”

“I’d like to commend Dr. Hecht in Ogdensburg for the amazing care she has given my child. She is not his primary but got him in right away when he needed it. He does see Dr Patel at the same center, who is also absolutely wonderful! After two misdiagnosis and a trip to the ED, she immediately knew what was wrong with my son and took action. She then called me the next day (a Saturday) to give me my son’s test results and let me know the plan for managing his uncommon diagnosis. She is truly amazing and an asset to our community!!! “I came for the dentist. I had been 2 years ago roughly and asked about a white spot on my tooth and was brushed off. Today I was told I have a small cavity. Im not as mad that I have a cavity as I am on how I was treated. The doctor came in looked said ill see you at the filling and left before I could ask questions as I have never had a cavity. I proceeded to ask the hygienist who kind of explained what they would do but still couldn't answer why 2 years ago when I asked I was brushed off. They then booked a cleaning for 6 months but can't do the cavity for a year. I will not be going back. They treated me very poorly. The hygienist was Michele.”
