What patients say on Google

“This place needs to be shut down and dr Santiago needs to be investigated. I’ve given up all my rights to get the transcripts reviewed from my initial appointment because I genuinely think it’s a public health concern. They treat you like you’re a drug addict prior to ever disclosing any details or information. The absolute waste of flesh that seen me commented on my weight(I’m healthy), completely dismissed any evaluations that have been done or medications I am currently on. He also made it pretty apparent that he isn’t “doctor candy”. And can you guess who asked for pills and the only person to suggest medication at that point? I’ll let you figure that out, as I’m not the only person with an issue clearly. My favorite part: The 20 minute segment on irrelevancy. The dude categorized methadone and Vyvanse on the same level when speaking about adhd medications🤦‍♂️ At least act like you know what you’re talking about. Also complained about having to go to a golf meeting with someone who smokes cigars and how much of a smoking Inconvenience to him during my evaluation. That also made him rush my appointment and send me off with medication that I already vocalized multiple times that I have ALREADY BEEN ON! I was also told that caffeine and previous marijuana usage was the reason for all my problems and “most of the public”. Referred to my previous medical marijuana card as “drug abuse” throughout the whole conversation. First time dude has ever seen me by the way🤭 Anyone who needs their mental health taken care of, reach out to your PCP and don’t give up! There’s wonderful people out there that will treat yo and not make you feel subhuman for whatever condition it is you have. I have PTSD, ADHD, OCD and GAD and would advise highly to anyone to get treated for those elsewhere.”

“Alex has consistently gone above and beyond, delivering exceptional work. We have been extremely pleased with the services she provided and truly appreciate the way she has integrated into our family, contributing greatly to the overall success of those services. Alex always showed motivation and dedication. Our children greatly miss her and ask about her frequently.”

“I am extremely disappointed. I am Not an addict. I have no substance abuse issues. I suffer from depression and anxiety. And I have wasted three weeks of my life trying to get mental health help. They forced me to do a drug test in front of a stranger and a drug and alcohol evaluation promising me mental help. Only to hang up on me and ignore everything I have to say. Would not give me corporate number. And refused to answer Simple questions. When asked Rodney Carson (supervisor) told me he had no boss and no one to report him to before ending the call despite my objections! Mental health is real and it is despicable that I am trying to save my life and the people that are supposed to care and help could care less if I end my life or come to council as long as they get paid. It’s Egregious and a Mockery of mental health in general. They should be ashamed of themselves. I just want to feel better. Now I feel worse. I won’t be going back and would never refer anyone there with/without a dependency.”

“My experience with this center has come to a screeching halt. I walked inside for my appointment, on time and that can be proven, if needed. The individual checking people in had been on the phone and it was clear she seen me. She made eye contact with me and I sat down. 15 minutes go by and she says we have to leave because we no call/no showed… The other adult with me has already experienced the childish behavior from the woman, if that’s what she can even call herself. Her overall demeanor has been disappointing enough from start to finish, that I will be switching offices. My daughter enjoys therapy, therefore we will continue with her therapist at her other location.”
