What patients say on Google

“Giving 1 star is too many. I regret to say that my experience with CBH was deeply disappointing. From the outset, there were significant issues with communication and follow-up regarding my minor daughter's treatment. Despite being a minor in need of consistent care, we were left in the dark about important aspects of her treatment plan, including medication refills. This lack of attention to detail and patient welfare is unacceptable in a field as critical as mental health. I cannot recommend this facility based on my experience.”
Shelley Harris
“I spent one week trying to register for assistance. I delivered my information on Tuesday morning. By Thursday, no one knew where my information was (license, insurance, application). Every time I entered the clinic, there were no patients, and secretaries were having private conversation on the phone and surfing in the Internet. When I called on Friday at 11 a m , I spoke with a chain smoker who claimed she would call someone. I called again after 3 p.m. and spoke to the same chain smoker who never did anything because she was too busy. I never received a return call. I need assistance. These people are frauds and manipulators using the government to victimize people. We need help. They want money.”

“Dr Scribner has had her license suspended numerous times. She is degrading, abusive, and extremely money hungry. She would have a patient, who didn’t need it be seen every two weeks for the MONEY! People need to know she’s currently under review with the MD Board of Physicians. Again, has lost her license 5 times that are publicly available. Dr Jani (s) care NOTHING but about money. This place is HORRIBLE. She called my CLEAN & healthy spouse a JUNKIE and berated her for taking anxiety medicine that SHE prescribed”

“Everyone has been very kind but the policies and practice management at this place are absolute trash. I've never had this much trouble getting medications refilled and I see a provider MONTHLY (for medications I have been stable for several years.) Also don't let the phlebotomists in Easton near you they dug around in both my arms and my hand and still didn't get a sample. I almost vomited.”
