What patients say on Google

“Been going here for over a year and pretty much in a constant battle over billing issues and lack of any answers to them. They continually say my insurance doesn't cover them at the rate it does. Their office will not communicate with you in a constructive way, just waving the problem somewhere else that if they answer, at least in my last occurrence, to a billing department that says it isn't their bill. I have left the practice as their business practices have highly agitated my conditions and can't be seen there any longer. I shouldn't have to fight for treatment and proper billing. The last one was over a missed appointment I never made with a person I've never heard of and never sent me a warning that they even scheduled it. Avoid them if you can.”
Simmon Clem
“I hate leaving negative reviews, but this out of concern for people considering this practice. I felt like nobody here cared about my mental health because the nurse practitioner I saw ghosted me for 2 months straight once when I was trying to get results for an assessment I took. When trying to contact or communicate with them, they were always extremely unresponsive. I always had to wait 30-40+ minutes for my scheduled appointments because they were always running behind. I felt like my time wasn’t respected or considered. I felt unimportant and just like another number. My mom’s calls and emails were left ignored too. I couldn’t get in touch with anyone and neither could she. That’s when you know that’s a huge, major error. When a mental health professional is in charge of your medication and struggles to even communicate with you, it’s dangerous and a safety concern. I worry for patients who could be in crisis… It’s really discouraging when mental health professionals cannot do the things they’re supposed to do, time after time. I really hope this place has gotten better, but I really want the patients here to feel safe and I really hope these practitioners are reliable to them.”

“If you would like to receive your medication in a timely manner I would suggest going anywhere else. They’re inconsistent on medication refills, updating insurance and call backs. Waited over three weeks to get meds filled and ended up going elsewhere.”

“I was not happy with the psychiatrist I was scheduled with. She did not seem sincere. She questioned my diagnosis that I have had for years and started asking me a bunch of questions then said yeah you’re right you do have that. I think my primary doctor knew what he was doing. She changed my medication and told me to JUST STOP what I was taking and I would be fine. I ended up with SEVERE side effects and almost had to miss work because of them. I called her office to tell her and I was told call your primary doctor. So I did. I told him I will not be going back to this office and I was going to find someone else that seems to care and want to help. The staff is not friendly or nice. When I called their office they acted like I was bothering them. I DO NOT recommend them to anyone.”
