“Had bad experiences with everything from receptionist to doctor experience The problem was no experience, receptionist scheduled me I took off work and she said I wasn’t scheduled, totally unorganized and is clueless on how to work a computer, they couldn’t see me so at the very least I needed a note for work just saying I was there and after a long argument I will never go back again. I understand things get messed up but when there is no effort to fix them you realize all the skilled people left this area. When you have a stroke the office should have empathy and it sure it’s easier to go local but what’s the point if you don’t get help”

“The staff is excellent but now try to reach your dr or nurse. AI crap is ridiculous. Drs aren't getting messages at all. Can't get prescriptions refilled . It is totally unacceptable. Get rid of AI bullshit. I have left 6 messages for prescription refill ran out of controlled meds. He didn't receive messages for 9 days. Not Drs fault whoever came up with AI crap should be fired”

“This is the best gynecologist I've been to in my life! The office is beautiful, so friendly and kind there! Wonderful experience, for that kinda thing anyway. Very gentle, great bedside manner, I'd recommend these 2 doctors to every woman!”
