“Deciding to go to counseling is one of the hardest decisions I have made for myself; and finding someone that I thought would be a good fit for me even harder! However, when looking for a mental health professional, I came across Come As You Are Counseling and was immediately drawn to the website! It is beautiful, and appealing and really struck a chord in me! I have had several appointments now with Keri, and she has really helped me discover new coping methods, but also gave me the courage to attempt and try new ways of thinking and exploring my narrative! I encourage anyone who is on the fence about seeking counseling for themselves to just do it! It has changed my perception of counseling and has allowed me to find greater self awareness!”
