What patients say on Google

“I love working with Dr.Maroni. She is kind and makes herself available to her patients. She is also very patient and knowledgeable, creating such an inviting environment both physically and emotionally. It is unfortunate that all one star reviews refer to this being cash based. Dr.Maroni makes this abundantly clear on her website, voicemail message, and when you look to schedule the first appointment. This kind of transparency is so important and appreciated.”
Taylor Englehart
“I will be recommending this practice to absolutely anyone that will listen! Dr. Maroni is absolutely phenomenal and we are so, so grateful to have found a doctor that listened to our concerns. Yes, they do not take insurance - but she is very transparent about this. For us, it was 1,000% worth it and I would do it again in a heartbeat. She was so great with my daughter and so great with communication.”
Stacy McLaughlin
“Dr. Maroni is everything you are looking for in a psychiatrist. Knowledgeable, empathetic, attentive, with a rapier wit. Seeing someone for psychiatric issues is no fun. Admitting you need help is no fun. But as a patient I am never talked down to, I am never dismissed, I am heard and working in a partnership with someone far more wiser than I am. A number of comments complain about no insurance. I don't really blame him. Navigating all the insurance companies and their forms takes away from the time she has to give care, and guess what, she probably has a family life too. If you need help in this arena, Dr. Maroni is a quality professional, and since she is not affiliated with a hospital, her care is not driven by frivolous tests, or checklist. Every interaction is tailored to you and your needs. And partnered with you. Not dictated to you. Having experience to deaths in my family in three years, having her on my medical team, understanding me made all the difference in my progress and quality of life.”
Karin Cash
“Dr. Maroni is a phenomenal doctor. The negative reviews are inappropriate as most private practice doctors usually do not take insurance. Although the price of initial consult is high, it is worth every penny to see her. She will do her research and help you with your wants and goals whether it is overcoming an issue or help you to accept and live with a disability. She will also be honest and even speak to you about breakthrough research into mental health treatment. Being treated like an adult is important and is a stark contrast to community behavioral health. Even though she does not take insurance she will schedule tests that are covered. If you want to know more about either overcoming an issue or knowing you are enough with a disability she is the one to see.”
