“I hope your aren't in pain. Though my Physical Therapy was really good, i needed an MRI once completed. it was clear that there is a lack of organization with this office. the info printed out by the doctor at my appointment had incorrect contact numbers for getting the Authorization approved. In trying to find the correct person (even though i asked specifically by name) i was transferred to multiple departments that didn't know and finally last person that said they could help didn't. it took 2 days of calling only to not have gained what was needed. I've had to reschedule my MRI 3 times at this point. once i do get my MRI I'll be taking my images to another group for the remainder of my care.”
