What patients say on Google
“My experience with cmsu has been great. I've been in trauma therapy for 1.5 years with an incredible therapist and my family also has case management through them. Case management has provided us with professional and unbiased support. No matter what we have faced during this time of healing, they have exhibited a great deal of patience and have never treated us as though we were incapable of moving ahead and accomplishing great thing's. Their case loads, especially since the pandemic, are high. But they have somehow managed to still provide high quality care. It is truly refreshing to have an experience like this.”
“Called for an assesment appointment..have been in therapy and under psychiatric care for over 30 years for ptsd and anxiety amongst other issues as well and asked to have a female therapist as well as psychiatrist and was told by the surly uncaring receptionist who took my call that its a 4 month wait at least and "you get who you get" depending on who is available.... my ptsd is from 7 years of physical mental and emotional abuse by my ex who was gender male.. i can't call him a man because he is NOT a man but my point is the lady was very uncaring and had an off putting disposition and she's working taking calls from people that some of whom have to work up enough strength to call. It's not easy for me to do these things and her nonchalant attitude sent me spiraling into another anxiety attack... don't waste your time on these people. Its just another big pharma factory... no actual caring involved.”
“I would leave 0 stars if possible. They refused to write a doctors note, and it caused financial hardship due to the loss of employment. Director refused to get involved. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, EVEN AS A LAST RESORT. THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU, and you will lose everything you have trying to get help.”
“Listened to me when I didn't care for the doctor. Gave me a new one an she's been great for over a year now. Friendly an listen so grateful thx”
