How likely are you to recommend Columbia Mental Health Psychiatrists and Therapists - Towson?
What patients say on Google
“Since beginning care at Columbia Mental Health, my life has improved far more than I imagined. From the moment I met Elior, I knew she was the right therapist for me. In all the years I’ve spent in therapy, I’ve never gained as much insight into my life as I have during my sessions with her. She is extremely empathetic and caring, and I’m very grateful I’ve had the chance to work with her. My care with Patrick has also exceeded my expectations. He’s extremely supportive and understanding, and since seeing him, I’ve responded well to medication and have noticed significant improvements in my mental health. I truly appreciate the level of care I’ve received.”
“My husband has been seeing Candice since November, and the growth we’ve seen in him has been truly meaningful. From the very beginning, she created a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where he felt comfortable opening up and doing the work. I’ve had the opportunity to join a few sessions, and I can genuinely say she is compassionate, attentive, and incredibly insightful. She listens with intention, asks thoughtful questions, and provides practical tools that we can actually apply in our daily lives. Her approach feels balanced supportive yet gently challenging in all the right ways. We are both grateful for the progress made and the healthier communication and understanding we’ve developed as a result of her guidance. I would absolutely recommend Candice to anyone looking for a therapist who is professional, caring, and truly invested in her clients’ growth.”
“Working with my therapist Bria Escalera has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Bria’s compassionate, patient, and a great listener .I’ve gained healthier coping skills, greater self-awareness, and more confidence through our sessions. I’m thankful for the positive impact she’s had on my life and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking support.”
“Will never recommend. This company and Dr Alex are shady. If you’re meeting virtual, they want you to use a proprietary platform with significant compatibility issues. They charge you $50 for being late or having to reschedule. My birthday was the 28th I told Dr Alex I wouldn’t be in town or available and she said it’s fine, so we scheduled for bi weekly meetings after. Not to mention the several cancelled meetings on her end, we could never come up with a routine that made sense for the both of us so I cancelled services and requested to be discharged. Then I get a bill for Over $400 AFTER getting discharged. Lol 2 “late” or cancelled fees in the amount of $50 and another line for 300$ with no explanation as to why. First you say you’d waive the fees, then I get a bill only after being discharged? If you were going to charge me late fees, you should’ve done it months ago when you thought I was late. Absolutely shady.”
