What patients say on Google

“These people are mean and not helpful. As soon as you get there they ask you questions like they want you to leave. Don't let them bully you. Security ain't ish either. There was a sign saying "This location closed" but it was for the next day. I asked them about the discrepancy and they had no clue. We also had to pay $50 for school examination which is ridiculous then the nurse tells my child she is overweight. She is 5' and 130 lbs. If she was the weight they recommend she would nearly disappear!”

“How are they legally able to charge uninsured children (that are residents of Fulton County) for vaccines? There are places that provide all vaccines and school forms for free. This place needs to be investigated.”

“College Park Regional Health Center Team, I wanted to take a moment to share the great experience I had during my recent visit. My positive experience began the moment I arrived early that morning. As people gathered to enter, I had a brief conversation with one of the associates who was very polite and assured me that I would be taken care of. When I reached the front desk, I was greeted with a warm smile, and the staff member collected my information efficiently. After completing the necessary paperwork, I was approached in the lobby by another assistant, later identified as Ms. Bianca Tucker. There was a mix-up with my insurance, and at first I began to feel discouraged. However, Ms. Tucker immediately reassured me that she would get to the bottom of it. What stood out the most was how confidently and kindly she handled the situation—always with a smile. Her professionalism helped me feel at ease during the process. Ms. Tucker was able to gather all the documents I needed and ensured everything was completed properly. I left extremely pleased with the level of care and service I received. Thank you, Ms. Tucker. The center truly needs more people like you who make things happen.”

“POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The customer service was poor both over the phone and in person smh. It’s ridiculous that people should be at work with such bad attitudes. The only person with good customer service and was in god spirits was the white security officer. Fulton County needs to do better with who they hire or maybe they need to offer customer service training.”
