What patients say on Google
“I am a 33 year old woman with a 9 yr old son and 2 yr old daughter. I have gone through a plethora of daily anti anxiety medications, medications that sometimes work for anxiety but were originally made for seizures or depression etc. I’ve gone unmedicated and was on clonazepam as a daily as needed medication for 8 years. I had TERRIBLE side effects with all but 2 daily meds and the clonazepam. None of them ever fixed all of my symptoms. I started going here in December and from the first appointment I was so hopeful relief might actually come! Relief from the regular chest pain and cortisol spikes and waking up from realistic dreams of unlikely events (for me it was home invasions and kidnappings almost every night) that caused sweating, sleep loss, severe chest pain and being unable to breathe and needing to take my clonazepam. And guess what?! I was right because Dr. Therese Rowe is right and great at her job! I don’t have crippling anxiety like I thought. I have combo type ADHD and ADD and Autism. Since starting the right medications, I have had ZERO chest attacks, ZERO nightmares that cause pain and I’ve taken ZERO clonazepam!! I can talk to people without forgetting words or the topic of conversation. I’m not over analyzing everything I say so I can actually communicate most of the time 😅 I’m a better mom, a better person and give myself the grace I deserve. I could never repay her for giving me back a normalcy I was terrified I would never have again. Everyone in my life has noticed that I’m a better version of me. Just thank you so much. To anyone that’s wondering if this place will be any different- will they listen, will they care, will they educate you (I had no idea untreated ADHD in women could cause such serious anxiety issues until going here)? Yes! You owe it to yourself to be comfortable in your own mind. Take the plunge!”
“Love Dr. Bird. I feel like I am talking to a person/friend instead of a doctor who gaslights you. Mental health is super important and it helps to have a doctor you can connect with. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a little extra help. All the staff is wonderful.”
“Clinic is bright and cheerful upon entering. Music is relaxing. Front desk staff is SO friendly. My provider, Alexis, is always so professional and kind. Thank you! I will refer you to others, 100%”
“Alexis is great and Collaborative in general is great. Alexis is clearly intelligent in her role, has a non-judgmental and positive person-first mentality, and includes me in decision making. Collaborative in general is just an extremely welcoming, and just plain exceptional patient experience.”
