“Please avoid this place even if you need help because they wont give it. They treat people like they are drug seeking when they have proof the anxiety they have is crippling. Ive tried them twice in the last 5 years and regretted it both times. Definitely have ptsd and major depression and these people talk to you like your scum. I havent met 1 employee in either facility who deserves their job and ive been there several times. This isnt just someone upset because they didnt get what they want. This is someone you have failed completely time after time. I'm about to lose my job and home and all because of you judgemental people.”

“I’ve been on hold waiting for someone to answer for 16 minutes as of right now. My boyfriend has called multiple times today and not one answer or callback. I tried to tell him Lima Coleman’s is the worst place he could try to receive services. I’m pretty sure the employees need drug tested and background checked as they are very unprofessional and are known to leave other patients documents laying where anyone can see them. Thier mannerisms and body language say they don’t give a damn and are only there for a paycheck. It’s as if this place is ran by children”

“Coleman Stabilization Unit Lima, Ohio This facility gets ZERO stars! BEWARE, BE AWARE, seek help somewhere else!! Some of those Coleman employees are THIEVES and elderly abusers!! An elderly person with a severe mental diagnosis was transferred in from another facility. During their hospitalization, Coleman Stabilization Unit employees took advantage of and coerced this mentally unstable elderly patient. Coleman employees physically took the mentally ill elderly patient off grounds to another county, where they cleaned out the elderly's bank account (local law enforcement was also contacted and a report filed). The elderly patient was under legal guardianship by a family member before the transfer into the facility and the Coleman employees unethically and illegally IGNORED these court orders. When the guardian found out days later from the BANK, Coleman employees refused to allow the guardian to see the family member and to remove the elderly from the facility that same day. They also refused to give the money to the guardian that was taken from closing the elderly's bank account. Moving forward, after the elderly was eventually discharged into custody of the guardian, a Coleman employee nurse unethically has been keeping in contact with the mentally ill elderly patient, going as far as accepting monetary "gifts" for "bills and such". I don't know what kind of health facility they're running over there, but legal contact has been made and will be investigating. During a court hearing, a county municipal judge was made aware of what they did and it is being questioned. This kind of abuse to the mentally ill and elderly can NOT continue!! This place needs investigated! *Note: good luck ever trying to get through to an actual person when calling 5 different phone numbers. They never answer the phones, don't call you back and give you excuses as to why the phone lines and vm don't work.”

“Unfortunately I have to give it a star. I'd give it none in my eyes. Recietionist don't know what they are doing. Very unprofessional. Told me to come in the afternoon a week ago for the appointment. I came in today for said appointment and they told me my appointment was in the morning. The appointment card was set in the afternoon. Shown the card they wrote and said that's not my handwriting. Peoples personal folders were sitting right in front of you as well. The guy behind me. Got up and left. Was sitting there for over an hour to be seen.”
