What patients say on Google
“love my therapist here, but because of the psychiatrist, i have been unable to get working stimulant medication for adhd, which has significantly lowered my quality of life. i'm looking elsewhere to even be able to get back on vyvanse. was told by an old therapist that the psychiatrist doesn't believe i have anything but depression, despite all of my diagnoses i entered the practice with being diagnosed during childhood.”
“I have been given the runaround with everyone i’ve talked to, the limited time frame due to insurance at the 30th street location is insane, was told per the employee that called me after requesting information on the website that i should go to crisis center for my initial eval due to my work schedule then i would be transferred to the 30th street location once i was established. made it very clear to hear this was not a crisis, ive called multiple places & everywhere was booked out months in advance. I specifically asked if i would need to be admitted. she said “it’s only called crisis because it’s 24/7, 7days a week, they will only admit you if your an active threat to yourself. they only keep you if they have too, trust me” called AGAIN today to verify this was true & got a complete different story. was told 100% i would be admitted because it’s a “crisis center” & if i can’t be there within the time frame required then “well idk then, we can’t help me” because that’s exactly what someone needs to hear as they are actively looking for help. no wonder you have the terrible reviews you do. if you have that little empathy or compassion maybe the mental health field isn’t for you.”
“Coleman guardians suck. They don’t know how to do their job. They think a group home is always the answer when it’s not especially with someone who has bills already they act like they can afford a group home at the meantime. Yeah no. Yeah, also expect you to live on $50 every other week. They make your ward look bad when your ward is actually doing great Denise Hollenback for example she don’t know how to do her job. She expects you to survive on $50 every other week. She thinks a ward could survive on $50 every other week yeah no I don’t think so. In my opinion and others, I think this woman needs to lose her job. She really don’t care about you just what’s in your pocket. Coleman is a joke. If I could give negative 5 star a rating I would. Do not bring your people here.”
“You can't get a hold of someone when you need to. I've been waiting over 2 years to be assigned a therapist. My caseworker left over a year ago and I have never been assigned a new one despite multiple phone calls. I've been waiting 2 days for my NP to call in a new script and refills but she has yet to do so. Just take a look at their website. This place is a joke!”
