“Where do I start… To start they don’t even deserve a star. At first, I thought it was a good change because the last place was absolutely horrible on who I went to. Then, coming here it was a huge mistake too. The people who I thought were there to help me ended up not helping me at all and left me in a difficult situation once again. Trying to navigate through everything myself. Whenever you ask for their contact information, they tell you that they can’t provide it to you. Like what are you trying to hide and don’t want to be bothered by the question/s you have for them. I definitely learned from my lessons and mistakes again that you can’t even trust these people. The answering service sucks completely and they never get back to you. If they do they want you to make an appointment then, you might get a question answered. I could go on and on about this place. Don’t say that I didn’t warn you because I definitely learned from my mistakes again. The doctor/s, therapist/s and complete staff you should be ashamed of yourself because as you should know mental health should be taken seriously and important. It doesn’t matter what it is. Don’t see this place staying around in the near future.”

“All I tried to do was get an appointment for medication management and possible adhd testing. The amount of information I had to enter into the site is a barrier to treatment. Tons and tons of pages, I almost gave up 3 times considering I struggle to focus. I was told to set an appointment on the calendar. It is basically a calendar, no interface for entering an appointment. I struggled my whole life with undiagnosed ADHD and I'm 52. With practices like this, I'll have to struggle till I die.”

“Doctors are great. Specifically Dr. Murray. The office staff is atrocious since they outsourced. Save the headache and go somewhere else. They don’t value any of their patients for years and refuse to even return phone calls. When you do manage to get them on the phone they have no respect for your time or concerns. Avoid at all costs.”

“Can you imagine going to the doctor, and the doctor won’t let you In the room until you swipe your credit card? That’s the experience at CBI. Over $100 per visit billed on the spot. When I cancel for not being able to afford the appointment, they charge me a late cancellation fee. It has done wonders for my mental health. I am now giving up on treating my mental health, as the financial stress is not worth it. If you want to pump money into another soul-less corporation that doesn’t give a crap about you, then this is the place for you!”
