What patients say on Google

“I wish that I could give them a big fat 0. Do not waste your time, especially if you are a new patient. My appointment time was switched 3xs and not by me. There wasn't any confirmation or reminder text, phone call, email, smoke signals in the sky, e.t.c I called to confirm location and time and was told to be there 15 minutes early and the location was Fair hope, which I am unfamiliar with. My appointment was at 12:15 and we made it at 12:02 due to gps issues and I was on the phone with the office trying to find the office; not to mention I had over a 2 hr drive to get there. I get there check in, fill out paperwork, and was ushered to the back. We sat in the back for over an hour and a half, still no doctor. Patients who arrived after I did were being seen before me, so I left. That was one of the most egregiously blatant disrespectful and unprofessional doctors appointments that I have ever had in my life! Not to mention I still had to go to Sam's club and grocery shop, gas back up, and travel back 2 1/2 hours to get home and trying to get home before it got dark. Full tank of gas gone (who has gas to just burn out with 4 children to take care of). They should be ashamed of their ridiculous display of gross human decency and lack of respect for their patients! I understand that doctors can be busy however, my time is important as well and I do NOT have time nor money to waste on utter foolishness and unprofessional doctors offices! Oh and by the way I left with a migraine that I did not come with! You would think being a new patient that they would try to make a good first impression, wrong, wrong, they didn't have the slightest bit of care.”

“Dr. Manley is great. The office staff is the WORST. Waited to do a PA TWO days before my appt and I was in the building 6 weeks prior and was told they would begin the process that day. They won't return calls promptly if they even call period.”

“Went to first appointment in December after transferring from out of state, only got to interact with the actual doctor for the initial appointment then got pawned off to is RN who is narcissistic, aggressive and brash. Pharmacist didn't recommend taking both medications prescribed, makers of the medications have not actually done testing for taking both and it is generally not recommended but I got chewed out for listening to the pharmacist and the RN was going on about how she was going to call the pharmacist and chew her out for saying that to one of HER patients.... I also needed some medical paperwork for my work accomodations (DoD likes to renew paperwork) they said sure, wouldn't be a problem, lost it gave it to them again waited for months emailed and had to ask about it daily for a week and a half, paid $50 for it and got a short letter almost addressing the items necessary for a single attachment of the 2 provided - after a lot of back and forth and a phone call, she went on and on about well the Navy knows and this is how the Navy does it - to me a program Analyst knee deep in Navy admin for almost 20 years - refused to listen to me about at all as no, the documents can't be left to interpretation and yes, everything has to be explicitly spelled out in all Navy documents. By the end of it, she refused to fill out the second attachment and said if what she had already provided wasn't enough to get another Doctor. Have it in email as proof. Anyone out there thinking of using CNI - just know if you need something or aren't comfortable with anything - their own advice Get A DIFFERENT DOCTOR - best advice she gave me”

“Visited with Dr R Friedman. Not the best experience but I'd go to him again if I have to because he is competent, direct and to the point. Things I didn't like: he rattled off information and seems impatient with questions. Come prepared to take notes or record the session because the notes they give you are very brief. Came one other time and the receptionist was impatient when I very politely asked a question about follow up with physical therapy and then told me the wrong information.”
