“Very disappointing experience. The clinic is extremely disorganized and the service is very poor. I paid for three appointments, but faced multiple issues. On my last attempt, I finally managed to have a consultation for a medication prescription, however my test results had not arrived yet. On top of that, the doctor did not speak my language, which made communication very difficult, and I was referred to another provider. When I tried to reschedule, I was asked to pay for another appointment — even though I had already paid for a consultation that was never properly completed. There is a clear lack of organization, transparency, and respect for patients. It feels like the focus is more on charging fees than actually providing proper care. I do not recommend this clinic. Very poor service and a frustrating experience.”

“Sasha is great. And so is the front desk staff. Wish there were more people like that in st cloud so I didn't have to drive an hour each way everytime I go. I prefer in office visits over remote. Its more personal.”

“I started my therapy journey back in 2020. I enjoyed my session and found this place to be helpful but after a few months i was given a new therapist. The session went ok in the beggining. After a while she was mixing up assinments and notes. Therapy felt rushed with no preparation. I found myself in circles and more confused. She would make statments but could not give full explenations. I requested a change in therapist. Sinces then back i April... no one has reached out they dropped me with out no explanation or reassitment. I have resorted to youtube. You guys need to fix your system”
