“I have been going to this practice for years now. I think my psychiatrist is great, but I agree with everyone saying that the front desk staff needs improvement. It’s a pain trying to get ahold of them. I have given up trying to call their office because it always goes straight to voicemail which follows a cat and mouse game of calling each other back numerous times. It does not help they call off an unknown number, as my phone sends it to spam a lot of times. They are also not the friendliest people, but this does not bother me as much as not being able to contact them easily. Personally, it is hard for me to even call a place in the first place when I am seeking help, let alone get up and go in person. I can’t imagine how hard it is for someone who is in the process of trying to get meds or experiencing chronic depression.”

“I have been a patient of "Jessica Adams" for nearly 20 years and I cant say enough about her and her staff. They are all kind and caring and I have NEVER had an issue getting ahold of my doctor or staff in the time of need. Phone calls and messages are returned promptly always. If you're looking for someone who cares you have found the right place! Everyone goes through things in life and we get overwhelmed but I promise if you approach with kindness they will too. “I have seen Ms. Krista Grimmett since March. My 6 month virtual 20 minute follow-up appointment due in December had cancellations. I was dropped by ms. Krista on December 4th without a verbal warning nor did she check-in to see if I was okay. I was informed by the receptionist who stated she could not help and I was not allowed to speak to Ms. Krista. Ms. Krista refused to refill my medications for the month, allowing me to go into withdrawal. I am not in any addictive medication nor opioid. Most of medications are for suicide ideation and mental stability and paranoia. Ayer my therapist called 3 times, finally getting ahold of Ms. Krista, she agreed to provide a 1 month refill, while still dropping me. The refill was only sent in for one of my medications. Zero compassion and a lack of care. I was able to get a refill from the outpatient facility I was in 8 months ago, who had immense compassion and quality care. I start with a new provider this week. I would avoid this office and provider at all costs.”

“This place sucks can never put my medicine on on time. Never answer the phone terrible zero out of 10. Recommend be a patient with them for years and all they do is go downhill. You’d be way better off going somewhere else than having to deal with their shit.”
