What patients say on Google
“They're nice but they're absolutely worthless for long term medication management. Providers keep changing and they never want to keep to the previous providers plans NOR do they listen to you, the patient, no matter how long you've been on medication or how well you know what you can take and can't take. My mental AND physical health have been SEVERELY worse since starting with Pine Belt over a year ago. None of my symptoms have been successfully treated, I keep getting jerked around medications with HORRIFIC side effects that sometimes land me back in the hospital - but of course that's not the medications fault. I'm on disability for ADHD with comorbid conditions related to the untreated ADHD. That took a three hour evaluation with a fully qualified PSYCHOLOGIST. Pine Belt refuses to treat it and keeps trying to force antipsychotics on me, keeps trying to say I have hallucinations for NO REASON AT ALL, keeps adding more and more diagnosises to the list so now if you look, you will wonder how on earth I'm not locked up or dead from being too crazy to function. Avoid them unless you're desperate for medication. Therapy has been even worse. This clinic has made me feel more hopeless than I've ever felt about my mental health. I do better just partially treating myself with OTC supplements and self help books, and that's just crazy. They have not helped me at all, and it's not that incredibly complicated. I've had successful treatment in the past through other clinics. This one just doesn't seem to know what it's doing and can't hold on to any staff long enough to figure it out. To make matters worse, the medication they've had me on has kept me from functioning well enough to work or take care of myself for over a year and made me more vulnerable to being abused by others. They keep drugging me up too badly to function or think. And they won't keep me on any of the medications that actually work! Like they don't want me to ever recover. I'm shopping for a new provider. P.S. this clinic diagnoses almost everyone that comes through their doors with bipolar disorder. The fact they don't keep patients informed and on track via diagnosis and treatment plans is a HUGE red flag. An even bigger one is that they don't review the patients records AT ALL upon intake. You start over brand new on intake even if you've been seeing them for years, and they don't care about your history.”
“I was referred to mypack by my old therapist. They treated me like a human being and even were very kind to my family as well. The invovked my family who I live with in my treatment as well which was amazing. They were able to diagnose me with bipolar which is something my family has been wondering for years. If I still had insurance I would definitely still be going here.”
“Absolutely horrible. A family member visited this location to start counseling and was told they would contact us within 3-4 weeks once a therapist was assigned. Months have gone by and after calling multiple times, we tried again and they stated a therapist had been assigned for about a week now, but they never contacted us. Bad customer service, would not recommend.”
“They are unable to maintain steady staff. Impossible to get treatment for adults”
