How likely are you to recommend Coastal Carolina Neuropsychiatric Ctr?
What patients say on Google
“Dr mikhail is very caring, very patient and very knowledgeable and takes his time with me. I appreciate his level of professionalism. Ms susan is equally as great and has also help me tremendously.”
“First of all, it was not explained by CCNP that it would take nearly 2 hours for this visit. I was 20 minutes past my appointment and I was placed in a room where I waited another 30 minutes before an evaluation was even performed. I could have answered the questions on your evaluation. I felt like it was a waste of my time. I had a second appointment after that appointment to which I was nearly late to and as I was walking in I received a call from your office for a call I made a month ago. I would give this two stars if it was solely on your practice. However, Dr. Bradshaw was attentive and I achieved what I needed for my visit. If I could give your office a rating I would give it a two-star rating.”
“I left a review for another office my mistake. I have been going there for several years. I literally went from a mess to level headed happy person, which head impacted my life greatly. The combination of Dr micael and ms Susan Has been helping me highly recommend them”
“I was referred to this facility by my physician after requesting a test for a specific neurological condition. When I arrived, I spent two hours answering uncomfortable questions not relevant to the appointment I requested. After this, the "doctor" showed up on video, and tried to treat me for depression. This was in spite of my having shared a previous, similar experience that ended horribly for me, bc my doctor wouldn't listen when I told them something felt of about the meds he put me on. They then tell me they can't test me for what I requested, and tell me they can treat my anxiety, if I want to submit to a drug test to screen for alcohol, cannabis and anything else. I NEVER ASKED FOR HELP WITH DEPRESSION OR ANXIETY. I just wanted an adult autism screening, which can be done, they just don't do it. So why try to give me drugs I don't want, or make me feel like some crackhead trying to score their next high??!? Wasted almost 4 hours of my life, to tell me they don't do the test I want, force me to relive trauma, and then tried to treat me for things I didn't ask to be treated for, prescribing need I don't want or need. 0/10, highly recommend seeking treatment elsewhere, ideally from a doctor who actually bothers to listen to their patient. I just want to add, It must be very convenient to hide behind a federal regulation for all negative reviews. You basically never have to actually address the shortcomings of your office and staff in front of the public eye. That doesn't make them disappear, just means at some point, you'll fully fail because you choose to ignore instead of address issues.”
