How likely are you to recommend Coastal Carolina Neuropsychiatric Center?
What patients say on Google
“Dr. Bradshaw is caring and understanding when it comes to his patients and staff at Coastal Carolina. His assistants will learn and grow in confidence and knowledge of the medical and Psychiatric fields. Great Doctor”
“Attempted multiple times to call the Wilmington location to schedule a new patient neuropsychiatric appointment. Despite many attempts and leaving messages, I never received a call back. I understand offices can be busy, and I hope communication improves so future patients can connect more easily.”
“This was my first visit and I walked out before I even met the doctor. I have never seen such a cold office. All the chairs in the waiting room lined up 30 in a row. Get called into the doctors office and I am informed it will be telehealth, what this was my first appointment and you inform me it will be telehealth, same cold office 5 black chairs lined up against the wall in a small room, so cold! And I could hear people talking in the next room, so much for privacy. Walked out and won’t be back, awful experience for someone who is dealing with mental health issues. I hope you read this review and make some improvement to make your office more welcoming.”
“Do not go to the Wilmington office! My son went there for the first time and we were charged for a visit, he was stuck in a room with a computer, told someone would be coming on to talk to him, and left there for over 20 minutes. When he went back out to ask them if he would be seeing someone - a doctor, PA, anyone - he was told just to wait. He understandably left. When I called the front desk to try to ask what happened (and get my money back) I left two messages and no one ever responded. The Wilmington office misrepresented their services - stated that my son would have an appt only to be put in front of an empty computer, wouldn’t respond to multiple requests for explanation of lack of care, and fraudulently filed a claim with my insurance stating they provided care when they didn’t. I wish we had a better experience with this facility - I had high hopes. I would not recommend the Wilmington office.”
