“When I first went in to there waiting room 30 black chairs lined up on both sides, thought this was very strange for a place that should be warm and comforting. Then the receptionist brought me into the doctors office same thing five black chairs lined up against the wall, she informed me it’s going to be telehealth, my first visit, and I can hear all kinds of talking from the next room. I asked why, no good explanation, so I didn’t feel this was a good fit at all, left will not be going back. I was wondering why the Dr had 5 appointments on such short notice I think now I know why, read the reviews there not good.”

“If I could put zero I would. I didn't even get to get or meet my doctor yet. I called to reschedule due to living in Fayetteville and having car troubles and the absolute rude female with the most uppity snobby tone over the phone tells me "we do have a Fayetteville location" you could hear the eye roll and all, like honey car troubles means I cant leave my driveway yet alone go across town the entire city of Fayetteville from the side I live to get there so instead of entertaining this rude snob any further I decided to just cancel and take my business elsewhere. Funny how someone in that line of profession treats people trying to schedule or reschedule appointments for phycological services. If I could remember her name I'd love to file a complaint. In fact I'd love for this office to be willing to give a call or reach out and put each woman in charge of setting appointments on the phone and I could point her out by voice alone. That uppity snobby mentality isn't worth your job honey nor is it worth anybody's time treat people the way you want to be treated period. I would love to see what services this business has to offer I really do but my initial interaction and contact for communication should not be met with someones attitude like that.”
