What patients say on Google

“The people over at cns dont give two sh*ts about you or the fact that you are out of meds and need more. The doctors can't make their appointments. They seem to always be late or on vacation (because their job is sooooooo hard). Last time I called i was put on hold indefinitely. These people dont care.”

“In the past, I had trouble getting ahold of someone live from the intake department, so it was a game of phone tag for weeks. I became discouraged, but recently I reached out to them again. They have a new intake procedure within the department, so it was seamless this time around. Some of the best, most kind people work here & I feel like they truly do care. Highly recommend!”

“Each time I call the front desk for appointments I always get some type of attitude when asking for a appointment. The customer service is terrible. I decided to make a review today because today I called in and when I asked if I could get a emergency appointment I got hung up on. I just shrugged it off thinking it was a mistake, so I recalled and this time the front desk lady answered with the same bad attitude she usually has. I said I wanted a emergency appointment, then she says you have to go to another department for that, I ask her “What’s that apartment?” Then there’s a silence for a little. The. She transfers me to a department that was closed and there was no one available to take in my call. This person clearly needs some training on how on basic 101 customer service. Talking in a aggressive and agitated tone and not responding to my question is clear she doesn’t belong to work there. When I asked for her name she said it was Carilu.”

“I have been going to CNS for years and it is an awful clinic. First off you can't call the receptionist to make appointments with your worker or therapist, you have to contact them directly and it's endless phone tag if you happen to miss an appointment. Also, you HAVE to meet with a case manager once a month in order to receive services, I liked my case manager but never understood why having one was at all necessary. They also wont let you change your therapist, I tried to change mine recently and they wouldn't let me. I'm told it's because they are short-staffed when it comes to therapists, which is not a good sign for a mental health clinic. That was the last straw for me, I'm seeking services elsewhere. This place is fine for prescription refill's but don't count on receiving quality therapy.”
