“This is the worst agency in the world. They will put your life in grave danger. I am living with rats and mice for over a year and a half in my apartment and they refuse to do anything about it. I even went to their 24 crisis center yesterday and they told me to get lost and get the hell out of here their exact words. This is the worst agency ever. I've been asking them to move me for over 10 years and they still haven't done it. I have to spend countless nights in my car because the house is infested with rodents and I'm paranoid of them. Stay away from this place. If you value your life and sanity and safety because staying with them, You're putting your life in grave danger. Office of mental health needs to step in and finally shut this place down”
