“Went to this location for court. Nothing but an issue. Kelly Harkness blew off subpoenas twice and finally came the third time to court after being told she would be put in jail for contempt. Kelly Harkness called me on my personal phone outside of any counseling session or any professional interaction and proceeded to berate and belittle me for not being able to pay off my bill yet. As a mental health professional it was highly unprofessional and not in my best interest to call me and attack me about how much money i owed the office. She is not a clerk or receptionist. She is a counselor who called and attacked me. This place clearly only cares about money and the insurance fraud they can commit over the care and compassion for their clients they voluntarily choose to serve. I received nothing beneficial from this place and left it feeling worse than I did going in about counselors and mental health professionals. DO NOT GO HERE!”
