What patients say on Google
“My daughter was there. Never got any help and then they put her in the streets. I called and some woman said "girl bye". Now how unprofessional is that! They never got her an evaluation or anything. They are paid babysitters. They don't care about the clients.”
“If YOU ever need help with any mental issue come here. If your mental health is not were it needs to be come here. They take people in every morning & will get you the help you need.”
“Went here for the initial set up into MHMR, the person I dealt with was ridiculous, mean and barely helpful. After explaining my experiences including my molestation and the death of my mother. She calls me a "big baby" because I mention financial aid through SSI or getting on Medicare for my health, I'm disabled and have no income at all... And she said they couldn't help me, I'd have to be able to make out the voices in my auditory hallucinations and also my previous bipolar diagnosis wasn't kept or record so she preceded to tell me I couldn't be helped unless I was suicidal, practically in the act of killing myself or extremely bipolar. I went here because I need the help and it took me a year + to be seen because I have extreme anxiety. The experience literally gave me PTSD, lol the place I went for help only made things worse. The Lady who helped us never even gave her name She was a black Asian lady with a big African earrings, a true unprofessional. She put me on a waiting list after Arguing... which was very unprofessional because she literally started the argument 🤔. I'll never go back to the clifton street clinic and if I do and this happens again. I'll get the place shut down by any means necessary.”
“Here right now waiting for over an hour”
