“This Hass to be the most unprofessional medical office I’ve ever been to. First I wanna start off by saying when you call you do not receive an answer when I called to inform the office that I am running 10 minutes late due to the fact that there was a car accident I was told via text I was unable to be seen there was no kind of compassion or understanding Elizabeth was very cold and callus. I was never informed why I wasn’t able to be seen. For someone who specializes in mental health disorders you would think that she would communicate better and show more sympathy or have a little bit more understanding towards patients who are suffering with mental health diseases I would not recommend anyone going to her office due to the lack of professionalism.”
