“I really like my psychiatrist at Clearwater, but I’m leaving the practice because of ongoing issues with Antoinette in the front office. I’m not surprised to see multiple other reviews mentioning similar concerns about her. What is surprising is that nothing seems to have changed. Clearwater replies to these negative reviews (plural) about Antoinette, but provides the contact number to the front desk...that goes directly to Antoinette. That makes it feel like there’s no real way to resolve concerns. It’s disappointing that I, and others, feel like we have to leave an otherwise great provider because of one front office experience. A psychiatry office, of all places, should have stronger systems in place for communication and patient support. I would appreciate hearing from someone that is not Antoinette who can actually address this.”
