“Shady Booked on zocdoc 2 hr before the appointment. Received immediate confirm message with correct time But half hr before the appointment I received another message with the wrong time, much later in the day. I couldn't reach the office to see what was going on so I booked with a different provider. Then, the doctor called me at the originally scheduled time and I explained why I no longer needed the appointment. Next thing I know I'm hit with a 100 dollar cancelation fee. Despite trying to expaln the situation for a week to the office, it is clear they don't want to consider the facts and want to pocket the money. Terrible customer service going through this and crooks who can't own up to their mistake”
