“I thought everything was going to go great, and at first it was. My therapist, Jennifer is literally astounding, however the other staff doesn’t communicate with clients prior to appointment cancellations. I begged them to get me back on my medications due to extreme depression and anxiety, just for the receptionist to smile and tell me my appointment will be cancelled, but can’t be rescheduled due to a “system issue” that was reportedly going on since 11:00AM. My appointment was scheduled for 2:20PM, but no one called me. I went into my virtual appointment with a feeling of relief finally, just to have that ripped from me so carelessly. I’m extremely mortified that this is going to be the way they handle my scheduled appointments, when I make every effort to be there on time.”

“Straight garbage place. I called a week ago for an appointment, I went to my appointment, No one was even in the office, When I finally got attention at my appointment time, The lady said my appointment was canceled by the provider. Uhhh, Would have been nice to be informed. Also, Why tell me the address & Time to be there when you make it a telehealth visit, Also, Without telling me. Wouldn't recommend in the slightest. They don't have any coordination & No communication.”
