“Had great experiences here in the past, receptionists are very nice and I enjoyed going here in the beginning, up until being transferred to another therapist and psychiatrist (which were through Telehealth). Both were awful experiences that made me seek help elsewhere, my therapist was very unprofessional, she just stopped answering my emails out of nowhere and refused to continue seeing me when I didn’t agree with her advice, despite her knowing that I was in my worst state of mental health I had ever been in (luckily I found a MUCH better therapist at a different place). Not to mention the AWFUL psychiatrist who talked over me, ignored everything I was telling him, and rushed me out of the appointment like I didn’t matter. You can tell he is only in this career for the money and does not at all care about his patients or their mental health. It saddens me to write this review, as I had been going to this place for years and always had great care so i’m not too sure what happened.”

“We have been going to FBR since Dec 2016. Dr. Bonsall is wonderful, always open to parental input. We attended outpatient therapy there until 2019. We received Behavioral services and TSS services. Our behavioral person was amazing!!! The TSS’s we had weren’t great, they were the only negative experience we had with FBR. I highly recommend them! I work with IDD adults and one of my clients needed services, went directly to FBR and they got him in ASAP, Dr. Migaly is great with him! The staff is always courteous and willing to help with any issue!”

“Avoid this place like your life depends on it .I sought out services with Linda Ogden here and we couldn't even get past the intake process which took 3 multi hour sessions and we still weren't done. When my 8 year old and I were talking about past history of abuse involving his father my ex husband she ended up calling CYS on us after after was already told that was almost 4 1/2 years ago and he was dealt with and we were safe. This place is a joke. I have a friend who also was trying to get services for her 5 year old who was a victim of abuse over 2 years ago and FBR did the same thing to them knowing damn well their family had already been thru enough. There are better options for children in franklin county than this awful place.”

“Psychiatrist was extremely unprofessional and did not listen to a word I told him. You talk to him over Skype though so idk what I was expecting. It was a complete waste of time and I did not appreciate being completely ignored and talked over during the whole appointment, which lasted about 5 minutes as he rushed me out. The receptionists were always nice though which is the only reason I increased my rating, but I will not be returning and I am now seeing care elsewhere.”
