And completely destroyed the hipaa policy sold private information to 3rd party groups. The chatter from other clients and current and former employees is that they are famous for such things avoid this agency at all cost”

“If I could give zero stars I would. Never have I ever experienced such negative and rude customer service. I called to have an appointment set up for my child and was told I couldn't have him seem under 4 years old and then given the run around on who to call, i.e. Nulton Diagnostic, that could see him. Contacted my pediatrician's office and they told me they most certainly would be able to have him seen. So I call them back and leave a message about the confusion and they call me back being rude and saying I couldn't have possibly talked to them even though I let them know it was same number in my call log. The woman rudely gives me a referral number and hangs up before I can say thank you. This woman, who I believe her name was Marissa, should be fired for being incompetent on speaking to the public.”
