“Clarity Clinic treated my son for over two years. Everything went well expect the discrepancies with billing. Sometimes we were billed more for the same type of appointment. It began to get too expensive for us, but we were still making payments. The day before our appointment, they canceled because we still owed money. No phone call, no message on the portal. Just an email saying they canceled it. I called and left a message and they never called back. We also had issues with prescriptions that required the Dr. to fill out pre authorizations. I messaged the team numerous times with no reply for a whole month. Avoid this place, they lack communication and don’t care if they cancel your appointment the day before. Fortunately, I was able to find an appointment with a different provider 3 days later.”

“I have no complaints beside the patient portal does not update/work when paying your bill. It doesn't show your past payments (even though it should) and most of the time if not all you have to call them in order to pay because it simply will not let you pay through the portal even though it shows a balance is due. You could have a balance of 100 and it won't let you pay through the portal because it says you don't have a balance due... even though you do.”
